1. Reading of the notice convening the meeting
2. To adopt and confirm the Minutes of the AGM held on 03/10/2014
3. Matters arising therefrom
4. To receive the report of the Chairman
5. To receive the report of the Supervisory Committee
6. To approve the Budget for 2022
7. To adopt the Financial statements for the years 2016;2017;2018;2019 & 2020 and the Auditors’ Report
8. To approve the Disposal of surplus
9. To fix the Borrowing powers
10. To fix the Indemnity
11. To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year
